How credits work
A credit is used the moment you send a document, not when it is signed — chasing a signature is your call, and we do not charge you again for reminders or re-sends. If we are the reason a send does not happen, it costs you nothing.
Credits expire after 6 months without use. Sending any ceremony resets the clock on your whole balance.
Identity-verified signing, where required, is a separate charge and we tell you before you send. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
